Join us for a 3 day workshop - ⭐️ Beyond Self Care: from practice to praxis ⭐️

⭐️Educators, first responders, social workers, and service providers are universally affected by the suffering of others and have a trauma exposure response. This workshop examines what it means to be a steward of trauma and the various trauma exposure responses we may carry and we will explore ‘ways to bear witness to trauma without surrendering our abilities to live fully’.

⭐️We will spend time engaging in self attunement, fellowship, conversation and lecture, somatic healing practices, art, and integration.

You will:
